A New Game

Share/Bookmark

Good Evening to All!
As I have told you before, my passion is learning as much as possible about my Savior and helping to the His Word out. I also love to witness to others, albeit I'm not a very good public speaker, unless it in a "conversational setting'. Therefore, I have chosen this "forum" to let my passion shine, and maybe help others to want to learn a little more with me as I go on my journey, as this will be a learning experience for me also.

I have seen games on different posts like word games and such, so I've decided to try something new, so put your thinking caps on and head down the path of Biblical history with me.

Please leave a comment and let me know what you think.

Everyone likes to think that they know at least something about the Bible, but just how much do we really know? I found this little book in my shelf "collecting dust", so I decided to pull it out and see if I could put it to good use. Hopefully if some of you take an interest, maybe you'll even take the time to look up the answers of which you were unaware. I will give out the answers in tomorrow's post at the beginning.

Inspiration from the NIV

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father full of grace and truth.
John 1:1, 14

The Amplified Version is more explanatory. According to it; In the Beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself [Isa.9:6].
(14) And the Word (Christ) became flesh ( human, incarnate) and tablenacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth. (Isa. 40:5.]

Thank you for going along with me on my quest for the truth. Hope you enjoyed the Bible Challenge. Don't forget to leave comments. I really care what you think.

* "A thought to ponder": If God's Idea of an Acceptable sacrifice was HIMSELF for us, what should we consider to be a reasonable and Acceptable sacrifice to please HIM? Just a thought.
Good Night and May God Bless!

I love angels...you never know if the next person you encounter is one so treat everyone with a kind and loving heart.

Coming by through Triplets: Who Knew?

I'm afraid that I will fail your quiz above :(

I'm now going to follow your blog through Google Friends so that I can learn more!

Please say a special prayer for my sister-in-law and brother-in-law and family as they are now feeling the hit of the economy.

Prayers and love,
