Keepin' It Real and Keepin' You Safe.

Good Evening All!

I've got a full day ahead of me tomorrow, so I thought I would get this typed out tonight. Sounds good anyway! I do have a full day, but I've still got my days and nights mixed up. I received this e-mail a little while back, but for some reason, I felt the need to share it with y'all. I don't know if, or how many of you may have seen this, but if you have, I apologize for the redundancy. If you haven't seen it then it may be of interest to you especially if you work nights, or where you have to be in a place "totally alone. Please take heed and play it safe.

If you are a man typing a "blog", then please share this with all the women in your lives!

Subject: Wasp spray and your safety !.......

I have a friend who is a receptionist in a church in a high risk area who was concerned about someone coming into the office on Monday to rob them when they were counting the collection. She asked the local police department about using pepper spray and they recommended to her that she get a can of wasp spray instead. The wasp spray, they told her, can shoot up to twenty feet away and is a lot more accurate, while with the pepper spray they have to get too close to you and could overpower you. The wasp spray temporarily blinds an attacker until they get to the hospital for an antidote. She keeps a can on her desk in the office and it doesn't attract attention from people like a can of pepper spray would. She also keeps one nearby at home for home protection. You could also keep it in your car and it would be legal. I thought this was interesting and it might be of use to lots of ladies... Pass it on ....

As you can see, the "intended victim" is having to stand fairly close to his "attacker" to allow the pepper spray to have an affect on him. Wasp spray is intended for use at a distance. Play it safe ladies and use wasp spray. Don't let the perpetrator get too close.

Thank you Donna (wherever you are for sharing). I also like her saying at the end because it is so true. He doesn't say He will keep you from all the storms, just that He will help you get through them.

I wish it wouldn't say when a post has been removed, it makes me feel silly. I was trying to find your picture (under my follow section) because it disappeared, and I was asking why, but when I went back and looked closer, I found it, so I deleted that comment. There now, the whole world knows how blind I am.LOL See ya in a little bit, (goin to Curves).
